  1. I think this quote means that there is a balance that every person should have. For me, I used to always be uptight and I would never let myself let go and really just have fun. Not until recently have I really learned to let go. I know now that is is okay to have fun! However there is a balance between being super uptight and just being crazy and wild. I think I have a good balance of the two though, but I'm still learning.

  2. How can you find a balance? Is it even possible finding a balance? I think there's always a little more than one or the other. Sometimes a balanced life can be repetitive and boring.

  3. While balance is key, I think this is more about setting your own limitations. Only you can know what your limitations are and this quote details the struggle associated with finding them.

You can only extend yourself as far as you can pull yourself back.

  4. You have to find a balance and the only way to find a balance is to go too far to one side. This isn't nessecarily a bad thing because you have now learned your limits.

  5. You have to learn the balance between work and play. That does not mean working more or playing more is better or worse than the other, it just means you have to figure what ratio works best for you.

  6. I really like Duncan's quote because I love taking some time off. I like finding the right balance between work and play. I also like to help other people find their balance. I know Duncan has a good balance... he helped me with my balance.

  7. Some questions that I thought about after hearing this quote were how do you find that balance between work and play and how do you distinguish what is work and what is play? I think you almost always have to find the balance by trial and error and finding out what system works best for you, as every person has different things they need to do. I think work and play differs in definition from one person to the next; the trick is being able to do all that is needed, and as much of what you just want to do as you can, and figure out how much you can fit on your own plate.

  8. I think it was sort of what Duncan said, it is all about the balances in life on spending your time on the right things. In order to do this you have to prioritize and find the positive even when there is bad. This quote to me basically talks about the concept of balancing your priorities
